At RB Capital Management, LLC, our goal is to provide unbiased solutions for retirement plan sponsors. We do not promote one provider over another; nor do we receive special compensation from any one provider for recommending their product. The compensation we receive is determined by several factors including:


  • Plan Size
  • Number of Participants
  • Number of Locations
  • The level of participation education and support that may be required by the plan sponsor

Our compensation is fully disclosed, including any one-time fees, as well as the ongoing fees incurred for the services we provide.
