Jon is a securities industry professional with over 25 years of successful investment, trading and portfolio management experience. His financial expertise includes investment strategy, security selection, equity options pricing, portfolio construction, risk analysis, and portfolio hedging. He is also skilled in macroeconomic analysis and its impact on financial markets.
Mr. Donahue began his career as an Institutional floor broker on the Pacific Exchange (PCX) in 1989 representing broker dealers such as Goldman Sachs & Co., Bear Stearns, and Oppenheimer & Co. He founded and managed an equity options market making firm on the NYSE Arca Options Exchange, in an Francisco, CA. Jon was the senior portfolio manager for an alternative investment fund and has been a consultant to high net-worth individuals, family offices and hedge funds for the past 15 years.
